The purpose of the Academy is to advance and grow a global business community and workforce through leadership and institutional development where every person is authentically valued and afforded equal opportunities to thrive. The Academy also provides business, government, and not-for-profit leaders with strategic guidance on addressing complex workplace and business issues.
Our History
The Academy for Advancing Excellence was created out of an acquisition of the Center for Workforce Excellence (CWE). We are proud to continue building on CWE’s 21-year track record for developing disruptive and transformation solutions to enhance workplace culture for better business results. We recognize that leadership development, employee engagement, and workplace culture are critical pillars of growth and organizational success.
